Angiotropic large-cell lymphoma is a rare entity characterized by a proliferation of malignant lymphoid cells in the lumina of small vessels. Although the skin and central nervous system are usually affected, involvement of other organs has been described. A rare case of angiotropic large-cell lymphoma presented as adrenal insufficiency in a 70 year old patient is discussed. The tumor showed immunoreactivity for LCA and L26. The patient responded poorly to chemotherapy and died 7 months after the diagnosis of lymphoma.

Key words: Angiotropic lymphoma, adrenal insufficiency, adrenals.
