Xanthoma of the urinary bladder accompanied by urothelial carcinoma A 65 year-old male presented with dysuria and prostate enlargement. He underwent prostatectomy which showed adenomatous hyperplasia. Urinary bladder inspection during surgery revealed a mucosal nodule of yellow-whitish appearance which was excised.
