Typical history of Wegener’s granulomatosis A 59 year old man presented with ear pain of one month’s duration, and a four day history of difficulty in breathing and oropharyngeal ulceration. Laboratory investigation revealed anemia, a raised white blood cell count, elevated blood urea and creatinine, albuminuria and hemoglobinuria. Chest X-ray and CT revealed bilateral pulmonary densities. The pulmonary shadows are due to pulmonary hemorrhage. |
