A 30 year-old woman with photosensitivity after exposure to the
sun since 1995, presented annular like skin lesions over the extensor
surfaces of the arms as shown in the picture. Laboratory evaluation
revealed positive antinuclear antibodies, and positive antibodies
to Ro(SSA) nuclear antigens. The differential diagnosis includes:1. Fungal skin lesions 2. Subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus 3. Erythema multiforme 4. Granuloma annulare 5. Tuberculous skin lesion (Basin)
